Private event spaces are available for rental, and our catering and management staff will work with you to find the best options in order to plan your perfect event. Private Event Space Rentals Pricing and Information

Upper Pavilion (Semi-Private) Max 40 people

 

Wednesday - $25/hour

Thursday - $50/hour

Sunday - $100/hour

Wednesday - $50/hour

Friday

AM - $75/hour

PM - $150/hour

Saturday

AM - $200/hour

Sunday - $150/hour

More Information:

  • We allow guests to arrive 1 hour prior to the start time to set-up/decorate.  As for decorations, we ask that they are all removable and do not contain confetti/glitter.

  • Parking Note: During peak hours our main parking lot tends to fill up quickly. We have two auxiliary parking areas for our guests (Union Bridge Car Wash, directly beside the Brewery; and C.R. Stambaughs, directly across the street from the Brewery). For private events please feel free to use our back loading area, opposite motorcycle parking to drop off any party supplies or decorations. This area can also be used to drop off any guests.

  • Food must be purchased from our restaurant The Food Spot, or through our Catering Department. The only outside food we allow are deserts since we do not offer them at this time.

  • A 18% service fee is added to all catering orders.

  • Tables, chairs, and white tables clothes are provided in the rental.

  • Food items on each of our catering menus are priced per person, with a minimum of 20 people.

 

In terms of beverages:

  • We offer non-alcoholic beverages (Our Soda and Water Tub) - See Light Fare Menu. Sodas, Water, and Sweet Iced Tea may also be provided on a consumption basis.

  • Alcohol sales can be handled to suit, however, some of our more popular options are as follows:

  1. Open Bar - guests will receive a color-coded wristband exclusive to your event and a tab will be created for the time slot you specify. Hosts may choose to offer Beer, Wine and Liquor or any combination within.

  2. Drink Tickets - Hosts receive a specified number of drink tickets which they distribute to their guests. These tickets are tabulated and can be used for Beer, Wine and Liquor, or any combination within.

  3. Guests will start their own tab (cash bar) and settle up when they finish.

 

General Alcohol Pricing:

  1. All Beers are $6.00 - $7.00

  2. All Wines are $7.00

  3. Our signature Crushes are $9.00

  4. Cocktails are $11.00 

 

All catering and bar (beverage) tabs will be settled (paid) at the conclusion of your event.  No deposits are needed.
